
Return and Shipping Policies
Returns:
No unauthorized returns. Contact us for a return authorization
number (RA#).
Returns For Credit:
Merchandise
returned for credit will not be accepted without an RA#. We will take back any
product that you are not happy with as long as it is not related to a
manufactures defect. Credits/refunds will be
issued for items with RA#'s returned within 30 days from receipt, and must be in
original packaging and sellable condition. A restocking fee of 10% may be
charged for returned items. We can not accept any returns of items after
30 days
of receipt. No refunds will be given for
shipping.
Defective Products:
Where items are
covered by a manufacturer's warranty, these items must be returned directly to
the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We will be glad to assist you
in any way possible with this process. We personally test most all
products we sell before we offer them to our customers. This assure you
the buyer that we have faith in any product we offer for sale. If you have any further

Knife Shipment
Policy:
Knives will only be shipped to customers over 18 years old where there are no
Federal, State or Local Laws that prohibit knife purchases.
International Shipping Policy:
We can not and will not be held responsible for delays via customs or any tax
incurred by customs. We have had a few delays with international shipping
due to customs... sometimes as long as one month. Hopefully that
will not be the case with your order but we want to make you aware of this
possibility. Also we will not ship any item that is prohibited from
exportation from the US or any item that is prohibited from importation in your
respective country. If there is any question in our mind about the status
of any item we will most likely not ship the product. Please contact
us with your mailing address and the item(s) you are interested in for exact
international shipping costs.
